Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our online skill-based courses. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in email and telecalling marketing.

The role involves connecting with prospective students, generating leads, promoting courses, and assisting in marketing campaigns for programs such as AI, Translation, Freelancing, and other skill-development courses. Basic familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct email marketing, including sending emails and follow-up communication.

• Handle telecalling activities by contacting potential students, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

• Generate, manage, and maintain student leads.

• Promote courses through social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Respond to student queries professionally and in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion status.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

• Achieve assigned marketing and enrollment targets.
  

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge, including Email, MS Office, and Internet usage.

• Basic understanding of email marketing and telecalling processes.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Interest in sales, marketing, and student counseling.

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred).

• Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
