📌 Job Description – Junior Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B)

Experience: 0–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Fixed)

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Work Mode: Work from Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B) who enjoys conversations, client interaction, and learning the art of closing deals. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals eager to grow in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales activities across assigned regions

• Identify and connect with potential customers and business partners

• Assist in pitching products/services to clients

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Travel for client meetings as required (up to 2 weeks per month)

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and execution

• Handle emails, basic proposals, and sales reports

• Maintain sales data and documentation using MS Excel & Word
  

Desired Profile

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel and meet clients

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)

• Positive attitude with a learning mindset

• Interest in B2B sales or the beverage/brewing industry is an added advantage
