We are a fast-growing e-commerce & B2B services company helping businesses scale through IndiaMART, Amazon, Flipkart & more. Our new Bhilwara office focuses on managing and growing IndiaMART seller accounts with high performance and strong customer support.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Handle IndiaMART seller accounts on a daily basis

• Upload, edit & optimize product listings

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with sellers

• Resolve queries related to leads, payments, response rate & catalog

• Maintain daily MIS reports & performance trackers

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Work on targets related to seller response rate & lead conversion

✅ Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Browsing)

• Ability to handle calls professionally

• Problem-solving & quick learning nature

• Previous experience in IndiaMART / B2B platform is a plus

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate preferred

• Fresher or 1–2 years experience in sales/telecalling/B2B operations

💰 Salary

₹18,000 + Incentives
