Sales & Marketing Executive

Position: Executive – Operations & Sales
Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Role Overview: We are seeking performance-driven Executives to support branch revenue generation while ensuring accurate execution of Old Gold Buying and Mortgage Gold Release transactions. This is a target-based role requiring a balance of sales focus and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue:  Convert walk-in customers and assigned leads into business  Achieve individual monthly sales targets  Improve conversion ratios and increase transaction value  Support branch-level sales and marketing activities Operations:  Assist in gold evaluation and transaction processing  Ensure proper KYC and documentation compliance  Maintain accurate system entries and records Customer Handling:  Clearly explain gold buying and mortgage gold release processes  Address customer queries effectively  Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Compliance & Reporting:  Adhere strictly to company SOPs and guidelines  Submit daily sales and transaction reports to management

Qualifications & Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline  1–2 years of experience in sales/operations (preferably gold/finance sector)  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Target-driven with a result-oriented mindset  Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail
