Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting company products/services, and executing effective marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and client visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and proposals
Negotiate pricing, terms, and successfully close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using ERP or internal systems
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics) for smooth order execution
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a having knowledge of piping industry (standard, codes, material grade, products) related field
1–2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Industrial/B2B experience preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP tools
