Job Title: Car Detailing Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our car detailing services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, promoting detailing packages, and increasing overall sales through both online and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Responsibilities

• Promote and sell car detailing services such as interior cleaning, exterior polishing, ceramic coating, paint protection, etc.

• Identify potential customers including individual car owners, corporate clients, taxi fleets, and car dealerships.

• Handle walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare quotations and explain service packages to customers.

• Maintain customer database and follow up with leads.

2. Marketing Responsibilities

• Promote services through social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and promotional offers.

• Create basic marketing content (photos/videos of car detailing work).

• Manage customer reviews and online reputation.

• Conduct local promotional activities, partnerships, and events.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Provide excellent customer service and address client queries.

• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.

• Collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Reporting

• Track daily sales activities and lead status.

• Prepare sales reports and marketing performance reports.

• Coordinate with the detailing team to ensure timely service delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of car detailing services

• Sales and marketing experience preferred

• Social media marketing knowledge

• Customer handling skills

• Basic computer and smartphone usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience (automotive industry preferred)

• Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply
