We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the textile industry and hands-on knowledge of IndiaMART lead management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART and convert leads into sales.

• Generate new business opportunities through online portals, cold calling, and customer referrals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable textile products.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.

• Conduct market research to identify new customers and industry trends.

• Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and exhibitions.

Required Skills

• Experience working with IndiaMART lead generation and inquiry management.

• Good knowledge of textile products, fabrics, yarn, garments, or related products.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or any relevant field.

• 2–5 years of sales experience in the textile industry.

• Proven experience in handling IndiaMART inquiries and B2B sales.
