We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Medithrust Innovations Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. Our Airmatics air sanitizers use cold plasma technology to improve indoor air quality for hospitals, clinics, schools, offices, hotels, industries, and other commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales and marketing.

• Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, schools, offices, hotels, industries, and commercial establishments.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Identify and develop dealer and distributor networks.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.

• Submit daily sales reports and customer visit updates.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–2 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in medical devices, healthcare products, or B2B sales.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• A valid driving licence is preferred.
