Job Description – Trainee Sales & Digital Growth (SaaS)

Work From Home Full-Time Trainee (6 Months)

Preferred Hiring Region: North India, Central India and East India

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month take home

Working Hours: 8 Hours Daily

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with founders & some key employees to  help grow our HR based SaaS business and out core Staffing & Recruitment Business in India.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify potential customers through research and LinkedIn and other online platforms.

• Connect with prospects through emails, messages and calls.

• Schedule product demonstrations for senior team members.

• Follow up with prospects regularly.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning and publishing social media content.

• Monitor engagement across LinkedIn and other platforms.

• Support email marketing campaigns.

• Research industry trends and competitors.

• Suggest fresh marketing ideas and campaign improvements.

CRM & Process Management

• Update customer interactions in the CRM tool.

• Maintain sales pipeline reports.

• Track leads from enquiry to closure.

• Ensure all activities are properly documented.

Research & Growth

• Explore AI tools and new software that improve productivity.

• Research new industries and target customers.

• Test different outreach approaches.

• Share ideas that improve business growth.

Who Should Apply?


This role is ideal for you if you:

• Are a graduate in any discipline. Referred BBA/MBA in Marketing & Sales 

• Have 0–2 years of experience.

• Have worked in IT Sales, SaaS sales, digital marketing, Inside Sales or business development (preferred but not mandatory).

• Are interested in selling technology or software products.

• Understand how LinkedIn and other social media platforms work.

• Are comfortable learning new software and digital tools.

• Like speaking with people and building relationships.

• Enjoy experimenting and finding better ways to achieve results.

• Are self-disciplined and can work independently from home.

 Work From Home Requirements

You must have:

• Your own working laptop (mandatory)

• Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection

• A quiet workspace suitable for professional calls

• Ability to work full-time for 8 hours every working day

• Willingness to attend online meetings and training sessions

• Do not divert, switch off your mobile phone ever 

Training & Confirmation

Initial •6-month paid trainee period••

• Structured training in SaaS sales, CRM, digital marketing and business development

• Regular coaching and performance feedback
