Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with the service, technical, and operations teams for customer requirements.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups.
Collect market information and monitor competitor activities.
Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collection when required.
Provide regular sales reports to the management.
