We are looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and closing property sales.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and walk-ins
Present and promote residential/commercial properties to clients
Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Negotiate and close property deals to achieve sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and bookings
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training can be provided)
Comfortable with targets and field work
Proficiency in local language and English preferred
