We are looking for someone who can handle enquiries, qualify clients, and support marketing efforts.
This is not a calling-centre job and not a social media influencer role.
You’ll be dealing with real construction clients and real money conversations.
Speak to clients and qualify budget, plot, location
Schedule site visits and office meetings
Maintain lead tracker and follow-ups
Coordinate between client and internal team
Close deals with clarity (no false promises)
Handle inbound leads (WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, ads)
