Key Responsibilities
Sales
Handle incoming inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
Negotiate with customers and close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer records in CRM or sales tracking systems.
Counter Sales
Attend to walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate bills, invoices, and sales orders.
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Marketing
Assist in digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate social media and online lead-generation efforts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and customer outreach programs.
Develop and maintain marketing databases.
