Job Role Summary:

  • We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive our international and Indian business development efforts. In this role, your primary objective will be to connect with decision-makers in the US Healthcare Sector (hospitals, clinics, medical institutions) as well as emerging markets in Dubai.

  • You will pitch our premium AI-animated video and other marketing services which specifically target and solve critical healthcare industry pain points such as high training costs, complex medical procedure explanations, and patient education gaps.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, prospect, and pitch high-quality leads in the healthcare and hospitality sector across the US (Primary), Dubai,and India.

  • Connect with hospital administrators, clinic owners, and medical professionals to understand their business bottlenecks.

  • Present Prismic Labs’ AI video solutions as a mechanism to streamline patient education, reduce training costs, and scale their business 10x.

  • Nurture prospects through the sales pipeline and successfully close deals by booking a meeting with interested clients.

  • Maintain accurate daily/weekly activity reports tracking outreach, conversations and interested clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in International B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development (Healthcare or Tech sales experience is a huge plus).

  • Good English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable operating in international time zones and making outbound connections (Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, Email sequencing).

  • Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to close deals and maximize commission earnings.

  • Must have a reliable laptop and a high-speed internet connection for remote work.

  • ANYONE can apply globally (work from home)

This position features an aggressive, rewarding payout structure designed for high performers:

Probation Period (First 3 Months): Purely Commission-Based.

10% Flat Commission on every closed client deal worth $500.

12% Flat Commission on every closed client deal worth $1,000.

15% Commission on every closed client deal worth $1,500 – $2,000.

•Payment will be calculculated at the end of week 4 and it will be processed within 24 hours after upfront payment by the client.

Post-Probation (Month 4+): Transition to a Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives. Your fixed component will be determined based on your performance, dedication, and closing skills demonstrated during the 3-month probation period.

Your Performance and Dedication will decide your commission , more closed deals - high commission.

Work Timings & Culture :

Shift Timings: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Aligned with international market hours).

Break Structure: 40 min total break time (Can be split flexibly into two 20-minute sessions).

Task-Oriented Flexibility: We value results over clock-watching. If your daily targets/reports are completed early, you are free to log out for the day.

Leave Policy: 1 paid leave per month (Requires a minimum of 24 hours prior notice).
