Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative (Electric Vehicles)

Location: Bangalore

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Note: Sunday working is mandatory.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing Electric Vehicle team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be customer-focused, and be comfortable handling sales, customer follow-ups, social media, and sales tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers.

- Assist customers throughout the sales process and convert inquiries into sales.

- Maintain customer records and sales follow-up reports using Microsoft Excel.

- Track leads, orders, and customer interactions accurately.

- Handle the company's social media accounts by responding to customer queries and posting product-related content.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

- Passion for sales and customer service.

- Experience in sales or marketing is preferred, but freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.
