Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships, close deals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. The candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client handling, and a passion for the events and wedding industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate leads through calls, references, social media, WhatsApp, and networking.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Pitch company services to wedding clients, corporate clients, planners, and venues.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable event production and décor solutions.
Prepare quotations, presentations, and proposals for clients.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain conversion records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and venue discussions.
Coordinate with clients throughout the booking and execution process.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Coordination & Execution Support
Coordinate with production, décor, operations, and creative teams.
Share client requirements clearly with execution teams.
Assist during event setup and execution when required.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Market Research & Growth
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Build partnerships with venues, wedding planners, photographers, and event agencies.
Maintain database of clients and business contacts.
Suggest ideas to improve sales strategies and company growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/event industry preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of weddings, décor, entertainment, and event production services.
Confident personality with professional client handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and presentation tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in wedding/event sales will be an added advantage.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Creative understanding of event concepts and décor themes.
Knowledge of social media lead handling is preferred.
