We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing & Channel Strategy Executive who will design, implement, and monitor distributor, retailer, and sales incentive schemes to accelerate sales growth across General Trade (GT), Wholesale, and Modern Trade channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and practical experience in designing FMCG trade schemes that improve primary sales, secondary sales, market coverage, retailer loyalty, and distributor profitability.

## Distributor Scheme Planning

• Design monthly and quarterly distributor incentive schemes.

• Develop target-based primary sales schemes.

• Create volume growth incentive programs.

• Design slab-wise incentive structures.

• Prepare launch schemes for new products.

• Analyze distributor profitability before launching schemes.

### Retailer Scheme Planning

• Design retailer loyalty programs.

• Prepare quantity-based and value-based retailer offers.

• Develop retailer gift and reward programs.

• Create display and visibility incentive schemes.

• Design repeat purchase and retailer engagement programs.

### Sales Team Incentives

• Design Sales Officer incentive structures.

• Create ASM and Territory Executive performance incentives.

• Prepare beat coverage reward plans.

• Design new outlet opening incentives.

• Develop collection and outstanding recovery incentive programs.

### Trade Marketing Activities

• Prepare annual trade promotion calendar.

• Plan festival offers.

• Design seasonal sales campaigns.

• Create dealer meets and retailer engagement activities.

• Recommend merchandising and branding initiatives.

### Scheme Performance Analysis

• Evaluate ROI of trade schemes.

• Analyze sales uplift after scheme implementation.

• Measure distributor participation.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports.

• Recommend improvements based on data analysis.

### Market Intelligence

• Study competitors' distributor schemes.

• Track competitor pricing and promotions.

• Monitor retailer feedback.

• Conduct market visits with the sales team.

• Identify new trade opportunities.

### Budget Management

• Prepare annual trade marketing budgets.

• Control scheme spending.

• Track promotional expenses.

• Ensure maximum ROI from trade investments.

### Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Distributors.

• Ensure timely communication of schemes.

• Monitor implementation across all territories.
