Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for project sales of electrical and interior products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting project sites, meeting contractors/builders/interior companies, and promoting products such as LED lights, fans, switch sockets, wire & cables, along with tiles and furniture as well.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through:
Cold calling
Site visits
Market surveys
Client references
Develop relationships with:
Builders
Contractors
Architects
Interior designers
Electrical contractors
🔹 Project Sales Activities
Visit ongoing and upcoming construction/project sites
Identify product requirements and submit quotations
Coordinate with clients for approvals and order closures
Follow up for inquiries, negotiations, and payments
🔹 Lead Generation
Generate leads from:
Construction sites
Commercial projects
Residential projects
Interior fit-out companies
Maintain proper lead database and daily visit reports
🔹 Client Coordination
Arrange product presentations and samples
Coordinate with internal team for:
Pricing
Dispatch
Material availability
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Skills Required
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of electrical/interior products
Ability to handle project sales independently
Confidence in cold calling and client meetings
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & WhatsApp reporting
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year experience in sales/project sales
Diploma / Graduate mandatory
Candidate should be comfortable with field work & travelling
Two-wheeler preferred
Preferred Experience
Candidates having experience in:
Electrical products
Lighting industry
Switchgear
Interior products
Construction material sales
will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15000 - ₹35000
Incentives on sales achievement
Travel allowance / fuel reimbursement (if applicable)

Daily reporting to Sales Manager / Director
Submission of:
Daily visit reports
Lead status
Sales pipeline updates
