Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Create and execute unified sales and marketing plans to hit revenue targets.
Market Research: Study consumer behavior, buyer trends, and competitor activities to find new opportunities.
Lead Generation: Oversee promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and outreach to attract prospective clients.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage sales and marketing staff, setting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Budget Management: Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasting sales trends and tracking return on investment (ROI).
Client Relations: Build long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
Experience: 3 to 7+ years of proven corporate experience in sales, marketing, or team management.
Skills: Strong leadership, data analysis, public speaking, negotiation, and familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
