Job Overview

RVS Studioz Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate revenue by converting leads into customers. The candidate will be responsible for closing deals for salon-at-home, photography, and videography services.

This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads generated through Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) into paying customers

• Contact and follow up with company-provided leads

• Identify additional potential clients through networking and referrals

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages

• Handle objections and negotiate effectively

• Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Comfortable with phone calls and client interactions

• Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion

• Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
