We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, converting prospects, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work across both field and inside sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital platforms

• Pitch products/services to potential clients and close deals

• Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns (online & offline)

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure repeat business

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover and execution

• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing and ready for field and inside sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Willingness to travel for field sales (if required)

• Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage
