Key Responsibilities
● Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing team.
● Set targets, assign tasks, and track team performance.
● Coordinate daily and weekly sales activities and follow‑ups.
● Monitor lead pipelines and ensure effective lead conversion.
● Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
● Maintain and improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
● Prepare reports on targets, results, and team progress for management.
● Resolve team issues and support cross‑department coordination.

Eligibility
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or team supervision.
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
● Ability to drive results and manage a high‑performing team.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting preferred.
