Job Role:

We are hiring Business Development Associates (BDA) to support PhonePe’s merchant services. The role involves visiting and interacting with merchants, onboarding new merchants, and providing support for PhonePe’s merchant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

New merchant onboarding and registration.

Promote and install PhonePe Smart Speaker and Card Swipe/POS Machine.

Explain PhonePe merchant products and services to shopkeepers/business owners.

Resolve merchant queries and coordinate for MHD (Merchant Help Desk/Support) services.

Maintain good relationships with existing and new merchants.

Achieve assigned daily/monthly business targets.

Conduct field visits within the assigned location.

Candidate Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field work and meeting merchants.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps.

Local-area knowledge will be an advantage.
