About the Company

Phoenix Gases Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of Industrial Gases, Specialty Gases, Calibration Gas Mixtures, High-Purity Gases and Semiconductor/Process Gases, catering to customers across various industries in India.

We are looking to expand our sales team and are seeking a dynamic, target-driven and field-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who can develop new customers, generate business opportunities and build long-term relationships with industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across India.

• Generate leads through market research, industry databases, referrals, exhibitions, online sources and field visits.

• Approach potential customers currently sourcing gases from other suppliers and develop Phoenix Gases as an alternate/second-source supplier.

• Conduct regular customer and plant visits to understand their existing gas requirements and upcoming projects.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and commercial offers and follow up until order closure.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and develop a strong sales pipeline.

• Maintain proper records of leads, customer visits, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and orders.

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales activity and pipeline reports for management.
