Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, provide product details (features, materials, styles), and offer design advice.
Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals, process transactions, manage the sales cycle (lead to close), and handle customer follow-ups.
Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of current furniture trends, designs, materials, and store offerings.
Showroom & Marketing: Keep the sales floor organized, assist with displays, manage inventory, and support sales strategies.
Business Development (B2B): Identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and provide tailored solutions for businesses/schools.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Previous retail or furniture sales experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-focused, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge: Understanding of furniture trends, designs, and market prices.
