Organic Options is looking for a passionate and driven Marketing & Sales Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen brand presence. This role involves both field sales and digital marketing, with a focus on promoting organic, farm-fresh products.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and on-board customers (apartments, communities, individuals)

• Manage and grow daily/weekly sales orders

• Build relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

• Handle Whatsapp marketing, and local promotions

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth order delivery

• Conduct product awareness activities (stalls, events, sampling)

• Track sales performance and share regular updates

🎯 Required Skills

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Interest in organic food / sustainable living

• Basic knowledge of sales & marketing strategies

• Social media handling (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales / marketing / FMCG / organic products

• Local area knowledge (Bengaluru preferred)

• Two-wheeler is a plus (for field visits)
