Role Summary

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Manager who can independently bring in clients and consulting projects for our management consulting services. This is a revenue-focused role. If you can’t close deals, this role won’t work.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for management consulting services

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold outreach

• Pitch consulting services to business owners and decision-makers

• Convert leads into signed projects

• Maintain a strong local business network in Surat

• Regular field visits across Surat for meetings and follow-ups

Requirements

• Proven ability to acquire clients and close deals

• Strong communication, negotiation, and pitching skills

• Willingness to travel across Surat for business development

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
