Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (MBA Marketing - Fresher)

Location: West Delhi (Candidates residing in West Delhi preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive who has completed an MBA in Marketing and is eager to start their career in sales and business development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

• Present company products and services professionally to prospective clients.

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and networking opportunities.
  

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Good presentation and communication abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.

• Candidates residing in West Delhi will be preferred.
