OB Creative AI Studio is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients for our creative, branding, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, targeted outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Identify and connect with business owners, decision-makers, and potential clients.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable creative and digital marketing solutions.

Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and sales meetings with prospective clients.

Present and pitch agency services including Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Performance Marketing, and other creative solutions.

Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

Build strong relationships with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients.

Negotiate commercials, proposals, and service packages while working towards monthly sales targets.

Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding after successful conversion.

Track daily sales activities, lead status, conversions, and revenue performance.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the agency's client base.
