The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our footprint across Delhi’s vibrant markets. You will be the face of Nucleus Derma Care, responsible for building relationships with both retail shop owners and large-scale wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities
• Market Penetration: Identify and onboard new retail outlets and wholesale distributors across Delhi.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular visits and excellent service.
• Product Education: Clearly explain the benefits and "science" of Nucleus Derma Care products to shopkeepers to help them sell to end consumers.
• Order Management: Collect orders, ensure timely delivery coordination, and manage payment collections.
• Market Intelligence: Keep an eye on competitor activity and provide feedback on market trends.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or Cosmetic sales (preferred).
• Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Delhi’s key markets (e.g., Karol Bagh, Sadar Bazar, Lajpat Nagar, etc.).
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi; basic English is a plus. You should be able to "pitch" with confidence.
• Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
• Attitude: A "go-getter" mindset with the ability to work independently.
