Business Development Executive – Architecture & Interior Design

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Nestwise.studio, a growing Architecture, Interior Design & Turnkey Execution firm. The role focuses on generating new business, acquiring clients, promoting our design and execution services, and achieving revenue targets. The position offers ₹35,000–₹50,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new residential and commercial project opportunities in the market.

• Generate leads and build strong, professional relationships with potential clients.

• Promote our Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization and Turnkey Execution services according to client requirements.

• Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, prepare proposals and effectively close deals.

• Collaborate with architects, designers and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and client experience.

• Monitor market trends, competitors and provide regular business insights to the management team.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in client meetings, lead generation and the ability to close deals effectively are essential for this role.
