Hiring: Business Development Executive (Solar Industry)
📍 Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (with occasional travel to nearby districts)
Job Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, and field visits.
Explain solar products and their benefits to potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up with prospects.
Coordinate site visits with the technical team.
Guide customers regarding government subsidy processes and financing/loan options.
Maintain customer records and sales data.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with installation and backend teams for smooth project execution.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic understanding of English is preferred.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
Qualification & Experience
Graduation in any discipline.
2–3 years of proven field sales experience in the Solar Industry is mandatory.
Job Details
Work Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (field-based role)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
