Job Summary
A Sales Executive is responsible for driving company revenue by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions (CRM)
Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales or a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Good organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce CRM)
