Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive – MBA Admissions
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Salary: 15k to 20k

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for MBA admissions through field marketing and local networking.

• Counsel prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions.

• Conduct field visits, promotional activities, seminars, and outreach campaigns.

• Build strong connections with coaching institutes, colleges, consultants, and student communities.

• Follow up regularly with interested candidates and maintain lead records.

• Achieve monthly admission targets through direct marketing and relationship building.

Target:

• Minimum 4–5 MBA admissions per month mandatory.

• Target-based role focused on lead generation and enrollments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have prior exposure to MBA admissions, education sales, or academic counselling.

• Strong local market knowledge and network in Patna and nearby areas.

• Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle extensive field activities.

• Result-oriented and capable of achieving monthly targets consistently.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong relationship-building ability.

• Good understanding of the education industry and student market.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic personality.
