We are seeking an experienced International Sales & Marketing professional to develop global markets, generate new business opportunities, and manage international clients. The role focuses on expanding export sales, building strong distributor relationships, and achieving revenue targets in overseas markets.
Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, and clients
Generate export sales leads through email marketing, B2B portals, trade fairs, and networking
Manage end-to-end international sales cycle: inquiry to order closure
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with overseas clients
Coordinate with regulatory, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth exports
Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and competitor analysis
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and annual international sales targets
Promote products through digital marketing, presentations, and international platforms
Develop product catalogs, promotional materials, and market-specific strategies
Support brand building in international markets
Analyze market trends and customer requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related field
2–6 years of experience in international sales/marketing (pharma preferred)
Strong knowledge of export documentation and INCOTERMS
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email marketing
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Experience in pharmaceutical exports, merchant exports, or contract manufacturing
Exposure to regulated and semi-regulated markets
Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar tools
