Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to generate business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales for aluminium interior solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate sectors
Meet architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and direct customers
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the design/operations team
Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update CRM or sales reports regularly
Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, aluminium products, construction materials, modular furniture, or building solutions
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good presentation and client-handling abilities
Basic knowledge of interior products and measurements is an advantage
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
