Summary: Convert prospective learners into enrolled students through discovery calls, demos, and timely follow-ups. Own the enrolment process and hit monthly targets.
Key responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads and run discovery calls/demos.
Present course packages, pricing and close enrollments.
Manage payments, documentation and CRM updates.
Follow up with hot/cold leads and re-engage prospects.
Assist with onboarding to reduce early dropouts; identify upsell opportunities.
Report weekly on pipeline and conversion metrics.

Required skills
1+ year in education/sales or counselling.
Strong communication, consultative selling, and CRM experience.
Comfortable on calls, WhatsApp and handling objections.
