We are looking for a Back-End Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team MNC Services to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. Freshers with good communication skill is also welcome.The position offers growth opportunities in the field.

ob Description – Back-End Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle backend Sales & Marketing operations and support the front-line sales team.

• Generate and manage leads through computer-based and digital marketing activities.

• Ensure timely lead follow-up, updating, tracking, and coordination with the sales team and other departments.

• Share qualified and relevant leads with the front-line sales team.

• Handle incoming sales & marketing-related calls and customer queries.

• Prepare client quotations and coordinate timely follow-ups.

• Provide support in Digital Marketing activities and maintain marketing data, MIS, and reports.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.

Key Skills: Good communication, lead management, follow-up skills, MS Office/Excel, basic digital marketing knowledge, and coordination skills.
