About the Role

Designer Furniture is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in furniture sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.

Generate sales by converting showroom inquiries and customer leads.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and close sales.

Coordinate with the design, operations, and delivery teams to ensure timely order execution.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Deliver excellent customer service from inquiry to post-sale support.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of experience in furniture, home décor, modular furniture, or interior product sales.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
