Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on given leads
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently
• Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain a polite and professional approach during all calls
• Enter and update customer and lead details in the CRM system
• Track follow-ups, call status, and lead progress
• Maintain accurate and organized customer data • Generate basic daily/weekly reports from CRM
• Support management with CRM-related tasks

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Graduates or candidates pursuing graduation can apply
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools – training will be provided)
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and CRM processes
• Target-oriented and positive attitude
