Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive sales and expand market presence in the PVC pipe segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage B2B sales for PVC pipes and related products
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market research
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

Requirements:
Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably PVC pipes, building materials, or plumbing products)
Freshers also welcome
Strong network in construction / plumbing industry is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for field sales
