Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting: Identify new industrial clients, contractors, or channel partners via cold calling, factory visits, industrial expos, and market research.
Technical & Consultative Selling: Understand client specifications, technical drawings, or bulk requirements, and present tailored manufacturing solutions.
Quotations & Negotiations: Prepare cost calculations, custom price quotes, and commercial proposals; negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
Account Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing B2B clients, handle repeat orders, and resolve post-sale delivery or quality concerns.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the production planning, dispatch, and quality control departments to align manufacturing capacity with client delivery expectations.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, material cost trends, and industry demands, feeding insights back to senior management.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, active pipelines, closed deals, and sales forecasts in CRM software.
