Customer Acquisition & Sourcing: Generate new gold loan leads through field visits, cold calling, open-market promotions, BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing, and customer referrals.
Lead Conversion: Follow up on branch leads and direct/digital inquiries to close loan applications and hit monthly sales quotas.
Gold Appraisal & Valuation Support: Coordinate basic or full gold appraisal, check stone weight deductions, and prevent spurious or unacceptable ornaments in compliance with company policy.
Documentation & KYC: Verify customer KYC documents, complete digital or physical registration, and coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for quick loan disbursement.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing contact with existing borrowers to drive loan renewals, top-ups, and word-of-mouth referrals.
Reporting: Track daily client meetings, phone calls, and pipeline metrics in daily sales reports.
