Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B partnerships by meeting and onboarding new travel agents.

  • Explore and expand the B2B agent network across locations.

  • Handle B2C client calling (existing & new leads) for holiday packages.

  • Promote domestic & international tour packages and convert leads into bookings.

  • Maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.

  • Coordinate with operations for smooth booking execution.

  • Perform back-office operations including quotations, bookings, follow-ups, and documentation.

  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and daily call logs.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in tour & travel sales (B2B/B2C) preferred.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable with client meetings and telecalling.

  • Computer literate (Email, Excel, CRM, booking portals).

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet targets.

  • Knowledge of holiday packages, destinations, and travel processes is an advantage.

Preferred Profile:

  • Candidate from Tour & Travel industry.

  • Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented.
