Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property deals while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through various channels (calls, site visits, references, digital platforms)
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties
Conduct property site visits and presentations
Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sales support
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
Maintain updated records of leads and transactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of Mumbai real estate market preferred
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to work independently and in a team
