Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Activities

• Promote petrol, diesel, lubricants, and value-added services to customers and local businesses.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships (corporate fuel accounts, taxi/transport operators, logistics companies, etc.).

• Generate and convert leads through field visits, phone calls, and follow-ups.

• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to increase footfall.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, fleet owners, and vendors.

• Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Collect customer feedback and work with management to improve service quality.

Branding & Promotions

• Plan and manage promotional activities, banners, offers, and seasonal campaigns.

• Coordinate digital marketing (WhatsApp campaigns, Google reviews, social media updates).

• Ensure branding materials are properly displayed at the station.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily/weekly marketing activity reports.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth implementation of marketing activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing / Business Administration preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Field sales experience mandatory.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp promotions).
