We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, showcasing properties, following up with potential buyers, and closing property deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Generate leads through calls, online inquiries, referrals, and other marketing activities.
Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
Stay updated on property market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; a background in sales or marketing is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
Willingness to travel for property site visits.
