Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Description

The Sales Specialist role is a full-time position. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating sales, presenting offers, and managing client relationships to drive bookings and memberships. Responsibilities include:

• Proactively sourcing leads through personal networks, referrals, cold outreach (calls/emails), and industry events, targeting corporate clients, families, and groups.

• Delivering compelling sales presentations, customized proposals, and demonstrations of our membership benefits and resort offerings.

• Managing client relationships through negotiations, follow-ups, query resolution, upselling, and retention to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• While we provide valid leads periodically, the primary focus is self-generated leads. Our specialized teams handle all marketing campaigns and bookings you focus solely on sales success.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, time management, and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in client communication, understanding requirements, and delivering persuasive solutions effectively.

• Ability to work independently while aligning with company objectives.

• Proven track record in self-sourced lead generation, presentations, and full-cycle sales closing.

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or similar domain highly desirable.

• Good command of written and spoken English; Hindi fluency a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.

• Professional network in Ahmedabad/Gujarat or elsewhere advantageous.
