Job Title:

Sales & Marketing Executive – Multistate Co-operative Society

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team AMSC( Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar Multistate Co- Operative Credit Society Ltd). The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Society products such as:
- Savings Account, Current Account
- Fixed Deposit (FD), Recurring Deposit (RD), Pigmy Deposit
- Personal Loan, Business Loan, Vehicle Loan, Mortgage Loan
Enroll new members as per Society norms
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Experience Required:

0–1 Years (Freshers with field sales exposure can apply)

Education Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline

Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and convincing skills
Field sales and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of banking / financial products
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Local area and language knowledge preferred
