Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote Siemens Energy’s advanced portfolio of energy technologies. The role involves driving sales of transformers, HVDC systems, switchgear, grid automation, and sustainable energy solutions including green hydrogen production, battery storage, and SF6-free switchgear. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with technical understanding of the energy sector to build lasting client relationships and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Siemens Energy products including transformers, HVDC transmission systems, switchgear, and grid automation solutions
Present and explain benefits of digital solutions and integrated energy management systems to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, industries, and offshore energy clients
Identify new business opportunities in sustainable energy transition projects (hydrogen, battery storage, SF6-free technologies)
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead tracking, and client interactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and negotiation
Required Skills
Excellent communication and persuasive abilities
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Preferred Experience
Sales experience in the electrical, transformer, wiring, or cable industries
Familiarity with subscription-based sales models and digital energy solutions
Exposure to utilities, industrial clients, or offshore energy projects
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
